If you're on a tight budget, start with the 6-channel version, a complete system that gets you started. The AIRENCE-USB is built to grow with you; as your needs expand, it remains relevant, serving as a pre-production mixer until you’re ready to upgrade to a larger On-Air console. Need more inputs? Just hook up the AIRENCE-EXT, and you’ll instantly add 6 more triple inputs with low-noise mic and 2x stereo line inputs. The Cue bus is also linked, enabling easy communication.
Want even more? Add another 6-channel unit, and you can expand to 18 or more input channels.
Each unit is powered by a modern digitally switched power supply, ensuring high efficiency in power consumption. If redundancy is needed, you have the option for an external power supply to ensure uninterrupted performance.
Control Section
On the right side of the mixer, you'll find 24 illuminated switches (green, red, or yellow). These can be used to control functions in your Radio Automation system, such as starting jingle machines, switching between live and non-stop modes, or recording a voice track while On-Air. A built-in USB controller, specially tailored by D&R and fully programmable by you, enhances your workflow and brings new excitement to your radio station.
Software
The AIRENCE sends control signals over USB using the HID protocol, allowing you to display the main output signals on a TFT screen with an advanced meter application. Both Program and Sub stereo signals are displayed on high-resolution PPM meters, and a smaller stereo meter shows all signals heard through the CRM speakers. The software also features a professional-looking Radio Clock, synchronized to the nearest NTP server via the internet.
Meter Application
Included software runs alongside the 4 stereo audio signals over the same USB connection that links the console to the Play-out PC. You can also connect a second screen for an expanded view.
